All dogs and cats between 2 months and 9 years old can start a Dalma subscription. 🐶🐱

And once you subscribe, your furry friend is covered for life, with no age limit!

The owner must be resident in Germany, and your hairball must have an identification number (chip or tattoo) . 🐾

The commitment period of your contract is a minimum of one year. You are no longer engaged from the 13th month. 😊

For any cancellation request from your 13th month, the cancellation will be effective the month following your request. 🚀

It is entirely possible to cancel your contract before the period of one year, for reasons of transfer or death of your animal.

For any withdrawal following the subscription, you have 14 days to make your request by sending an email to kontakt@dalma.co.

With Dalma, you are guaranteed to process your reimbursement requests within 48 working hours, as well as unlimited access to veterinary tele-advice.

The wellness package is a complement to Dalma insurance. It allows you to benefit from an envelope of €70 or €100 per year to cover prevention costs.

This package is available without any waiting period! 🐶🐱

Dalma offers a monthly formula that allows you to be covered in the event of a damage caused by your dog (liability insurance) or in the event of health issues and resulting vet costs (health insurance).

In our health insurance all preventive measures such as vaccination, sterilization and deworming are included in the wellness package. 💝
