For this purpose, SEYNA and we jointly determine the purposes and means of data processing, as described in the information on the insurance contract titled "Pet Health" available on the Website. SEYNA and we thus act as joint controllers for data processing within the meaning of Article 26 GDPR.We are responsible for the following processing: contacting the customer, concluding the insurance contract, managing memberships, managing contracts and processing claims, processing complaints, anti-fraud measures, and combating money laundering and terrorist financing. FirstVet will provide online veterinary services. In this capacity, FirstVet GmbH acts jointly with us within the framework of the processing of personal data carried out. We and FirstVet GmbH are independent responsible entities and process the data in our own name and under our own responsibility. What data do we collect?
A personal datum is a datum by which a person can be identified directly or by comparison with other data. We collect data falling into the following categories:

If you apply for a job offer at DALMA, data about your professional life (CV, place of work);
Data regarding your insurance contracts and invoices for veterinary treatments;

Data regarding conversations conducted via the instant messenger available on the Website or by telephone with the partner veterinarians of FirstVet GmbH, namely when and for how long and on what topic the conversation was conducted;
Data on video conferences within the framework of the tele-consultation or regulation carried out with FirstVet GmbH (namely when and for how long and on what topic the conversation was conducted);
